On Tap Network was formed in early 2009.  It's a networking organization based in Chester County that allows business owners and entrepreneurs to showcase their business and talents in a manner that's a little different than other networking platforms.  With social media on the rise, On Tap brings viral and face-to-face networking together to give their members and attendees a one-two punch in marketing their business.
